On Friday 8th March 2024, the National President of NACCIMA & Chairman of NTBC Dele Kelvin Oye led a delegation including the Chairman NACCIMA Digital Economy Trade Group Mr, Adeyemi Idowu, Chairman of Nigeria Special Economic Zones Chief Nabil Saleh, NACCIMA Honorary Life Vice President & Council Member NTBC, NTBC Administrator, Ms. Uche Osoka, Rikard Nordeman of the Delegation of European Union to Nigeria & ECOWAS Community, Nigeria Association of Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (NASME), and Mr. Nick Odinume Chairman of Petroleum Technology Association of Nigeria (PETAN) to a meeting with the Honourable Minister of Interior and Honorable Minister of Industry, Trade, and Investment where the Hon Minister of Interior announced that the roll-out of the Expatriate Levy (EEL) is put on hold pending the conclusion and consultation with NACCIMA and stakeholders.
