The Nigeria–Türkiye Business Council (NTBC) paid a courtesy visit to the Nigerian Postal Services (NIPOST) on Wednesday, March 18, 2026.

Led by Ms. Uche Osoka, Director General NTBC, and esteemed members of the council, the delegation met with Mrs.Tola Odeyemi, Postmaster General/CEO, and senior officials of the Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST).

During the meeting, NTBC presented and discussed the Council’s report from the Türkiye–Nigeria Government-to-Business Roundtable held on the sidelines of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR state visit to Turkiye on 28th January 2026 in Ankara, Türkiye.

NTBC commended NIPOST’s ongoing transformation into a technology-driven institution supporting Nigeria’s digital economy.

Discussions focused on potential partnership between NIPOST & Türkiye’s PTT in postal modernization, e-commerce development, financial services, and technical capacity building.

The visit concluded with a commitment to deepen cooperation between NIPOST and Turkiye PTT, with NTBC serving as a strategic bridge to drive innovation and efficiency in Nigeria’s postal sector.
